As a n Fixed Base Operations Agent you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all FBO activities. This position is responsible for coordinating administrative and operational processes that support aircraft movements, passenger services, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Fixed Base Operations Agent acts as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and professionalism throughout daily operations. Key responsibilities: Coordinat ing and schedul ing aircraft arrivals, departures, and ground services, ensuring timely communication with operators, trip support companies, flight crews and the Ramp teams. Respond ing to client e nquiries and requests, including handling requests, quotes and general queries . Maintain in g accurate records and documentation for all aircraft movements, fuel operations, and passenger services, in compliance with regulatory and company standards. Maintain ing and updat ing the client database, ensuring accurate records in line with company standards. Ensur ing correct billing of all services in line with company standards. Coordinat ing daily ramp operations, including updating systems to record aircraft movements and service tasks completed. Act ing as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to facilitate seamless service delivery and resolve operational issues promptly. Collaborating with the Customer Service Supervisor and Ramp Service Supervisor to ensure an efficient and professional service is delivered to clients at all times . Key selection criteria: Previous experience in Fixed Base Operations (FBO) or a similar aviation services environment, demonstrating familiarity with ramp operations and customer service standards. Strong organi s ational skills and excellent attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in using aviation management software and Microsoft applications for scheduling, inventory control, and documentation purposes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors. Solid understanding of aviation safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes relevant to FBO operations. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is essential.
