What We are Looking For: The Technical Project Manager supports the delivery of technology initiatives by partnering closely with the technology team to coordinate and oversee multiple projects. This role ensures accurate project tracking, timely reporting, and appropriate escalation of risks or issues. The Technical Project Manager leads internal technology and process-modernisation efforts — including system integrations, workflow enhancements, and broader program improvements — to drive successful implementation and measurable business impact. By bringing structure, clarity, and operational discipline to a portfolio of small to medium-sized initiatives, this role enhances alignment, transparency, and execution across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Manage project planning, resource allocation, and risk management while collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals. Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and communication plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to support successful project delivery. Develop documentation such as business cases, implementation plans, and change management artefacts. Serve as the key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating where required. Maintain strong project controls and compliance with security, data, and governance processes. Promote consistency and efficiency by developing and maintaining standardised project templates and workflows. Lead adoption of project management tools and maintain accurate system documentation and knowledge bases. Stay up to date with emerging tools, technologies, and project management practices to enhance delivery effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-5 years of progressive technical project management experience. Strong background in enterprise systems, technology deployments, integrations, or internal platform rollouts. Familiarity with ticketing and IT workflows. Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, risks, technologies Skilled in scheduling, resource management, and cross-functional coordination. Experience with reporting across multiple levels of an organisation, from technical personnel to the executive. Proficient with Jira or similar, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project visualisation tools. Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills. Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth technical environments.
