They work in partnership with communities to co-design programs that improve health, wellbeing, and social outcomes. About the Role We’re seeking a Program Coordinator to lead the delivery of community-based programs across five regions in the NT. This role is all about building relationships, understanding community needs, and turning ideas into action. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, advisory committees, and local organisations to co-design and implement programs that make a real difference. Key Responsibilities • Engage with First Nations communities to identify needs and co-design programs. • Develop and deliver initiatives from concept through to implementation. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders including land councils, regional councils, and advisory committees. • Present program proposals to the board and manage reporting requirements. • Travel regularly to remote communities (with support and flexibility). What We’re Looking For • Strong experience in program coordination & community engagement. • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. • Cultural awareness and commitment to respectful engagement with First Nations communities. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Willingness to travel and work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
