Who We're Looking For We're seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple IT projects, focusing on End User Experience, that deliver strategic business benefit. You'll ensure program outcomes align with organisational goals, manage interdependencies, risks, and resources, and provide governance and stakeholder engagement. This role is critical to achieving successful delivery within scope, time, and budget while fostering a collaborative team environment. On a day-to-day basis, the IT Program Manager drives the delivery of multiple interrelated projects within a structured program framework. Responsibilities include planning and prioritising initiatives, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring adherence to governance standards and the Multiplex IT Delivery Framework. You will coordinate stakeholders across IT and business units, lead change management activities, monitor risks and issues, and provide clear reporting to senior leadership. From business case development through to benefits realisation, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle - fostering collaboration, resolving escalations, and ensuring a smooth transition of deliverables into BAU operations. The Successful Candidate Will Bring 10 years' experience leading teams of Project Managers and Business Analysts Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and project management certification Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Waterfall, PRINCE2, BABOK) and experience across the full project lifecycle Proven ability to manage multiple projects and resources effectively while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders at all levels A practical approach to problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution, with experience in change management and organisational transformation A Note On Diversity Diversity is about celebrating the ways we are all different and appreciating the unique qualities that every employee brings.
