Supporting the Executive Housekeeper in leading and motivating a passionate team of Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, and Housepersons. Ensuring our guest rooms and public spaces are immaculate, beautifully presented, and always up to luxury standards Coaching and developing team members so they feel confident, empowered, and celebrated. Managing daily operations, room allocations, and productivity with a sharp eye for detail. Inspecting rooms and public areas to guarantee flawless presentation. Assisting with rostering, training, stock control, and ordering. Jumping in to support the team when needed, no task too small, no challenge too big. Collaborating with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences. Have an extensive knowledge of the hotel services and facilities. Perform tasks within a timely manner. Assist with implementation and maintenance of Sofitel Brand Standards.
