Currently seeking an experienced, hands-on, creative & financially proficient Head Chef to lead their team and really make this role your own. What You'll Do: Lead service in a busy pub atmosphere with a medium sized, tight-knit team. Bring creative ability & passion to elevate pub cuisine above and beyond modern standards. Oversee all ordering, stock take, and cost control. Deliver accurate financial reporting and achieve ongoing cost targets. Supervise and mentor junior staff members. Write and manage rosters. Build a culture of passion, precision, and exceptional service. About You: Previous experience of mid- to high-volume similar service. Strong financial awareness and experience reporting. Hands-on service background and industry awareness. Team player, willing to train and support junior staff. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
