What you'll do Provide leadership and high-level project management skills in the initiation, development, implementation and evaluation of projects addressing corporate governance priorities within agreed timeframes. Use appropriate project management and change management methodologies and tools, including benefits realisation and risk and issue management, to ensure quality project outcomes are delivered. Support the coordination and provision of expert advice on governance related matters. Prepare briefing documents, submissions, correspondence and reports. Manage and maintain strong, positive relationships utilising highly developed communication skills when liaising with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective outcomes are achieved. Contribute to the effective functioning of the Governance, Assurance, and Information Management Branch by collaborating and supporting integration within and across teams and undertaking other duties as required. About you We are searching for someone with: Proven ability to positively engage, build and nurture productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders; managing challenges with integrity, diplomacy, tact and a solutions-oriented approach. Demonstrated high level leadership skills and ability to provide high level accurate and timely advice on complex issues and managing competing priorities. Demonstrated high level written and oral communication skills, including experience confidently and clearly negotiating and presenting complex concepts and advice to internal and external stakeholders to positively influence and guide.
