Are you looking for an exciting role with Digital Metro North as Service Operations Officer that can contribute to a customer focussed operational support service to the Service Management function within the Digital Metro North. Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with Metro North Health (MNH) clinical leads and end users to deliver the digital transformation strategy for Metro North Health. It will ultimately create an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North. In meeting this strategy significant capital works are being undertaken over the next five years that includes hospital construction/refurbishment and the implementation of ieMR Advanced solution across Metro North. Delivering this will require a dedicated team, with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains, with the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver. About the Role Reporting to the Manager, Service Management, this role will provide a professional, efficient, effective, and client focused operational support service for the Service Management function within Digital Metro North (DMN). Key knowledge and experience The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following: Provide a responsive, customer focused operational support service to the Service Management function within DMN, ensuring that the operational services conform to relevant legislation, policies and procedures. Help maintain operational applications, databases, registers, forms (incident and change) and templates including the eHealth Queensland ServiceNow service management tool and the DMN Enterprise Architecture Repository. Support the Knowledge Management function within DMN Service Management by assisting with the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Base Articles (KBA's) in the eHealth Queensland ServiceNow service management tool as required for projects and business as usual (BAU) services. Provide Knowledge Management training on request to DMN staff and Process Knowledge Feedback relating to Metro North owned KBA's / information. Aid the service transition of projects by aiding projects with complete system support agreements (SSA) and KBA templates.
