About the Role We are seeking an IT Finance Analyst to support financial operations across a large, fast-moving IT environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining financial records, overseeing IT budgets, monitoring cost recoveries, and providing accurate reporting to internal stakeholders. You’ll also work closely with the IT Finance Manager and various technical teams, ensuring compliance with procurement processes, financial policies, and asset management requirements. This is a hands-on position where you will play a key part in governance and financial visibility across the organisation’s technology landscape. Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate financial and asset management records • Prepare and monitor IT budgets and expenditure reports • Manage procurement processes including POs, invoices, and cost allocations • Support chargeback and recovery processes for IT services • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting • Track IT asset lifecycle and associated financial impacts • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve asset and information management • Assist in documenting and refining IT financial processes Requirements • High School Certificate (required); TAFE or post-secondary qualification preferred • Experience managing digital or IT assets in a business environment • Solid understanding of financial principles, budgets, and cost control • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and platforms such as ServiceNow • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management • Ability to interpret and meet technology-related contractual obligations Preferred Experience • Experience working with IT suppliers or in project-based IT environments • Strong background in asset management and reporting • Ability to identify process improvements and document workflows Benefits • Competitive remuneration • Excellent leave benefits including paid parental leave • Wellbeing and lifestyle support • Flexible working options • Career progression supported by large-scale national projects • Extensive learning and leadership development programs How to Apply Please email your resume directly to: recruitment@multiculturalconsulting.com.au For further inquiry, please call 0481758017 Shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
