Drive Hansen’s cloud transformation initiative by designing and implementing secure, scalable hybrid cloud architectures that integrate private and public cloud platforms. You will be instrumental in shaping the next generation of Hansen Cloud, enabling interoperability, workload portability, and cost efficiency across global environments. This is full-time onsite role based in our Box Hill, Melbourne office. About You If you’re skilled in hybrid cloud architecture and transformation and have: thrived in complex technical environments with ability to clearly articulate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. expertise in AWS and Azure, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). skills include, but are not limited to being collaborative, analytical, and passionate about delivering secure, cost-effective solutions aligned with business objectives. ability to combine technical depth with business acumen that will make you a trusted advisor in this transformation journey. Key Responsibilities Design and implement hybrid cloud architectures integrating Hansen Cloud with AWS and Azure. Develop high-level designs, network diagrams, IAM models, and governance frameworks. Engineer secure connectivity between private and public clouds, ensuring compliance and interoperability. Apply security best practices across hybrid deployments, including encryption, identity federation, and policy enforcement. Collaborate with DevOps and delivery teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code. Drive cost optimization strategies and maintain architectural documentation and governance standards.
