About the Role We’re seeking a skilled and strategic Information Technology (IT) Manager to lead the delivery, performance, and security of TheirCare’s technology environment across our national network of services. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee all IT operations, infrastructure, business systems, and cybersecurity functions—ensuring our people have reliable, secure, and intuitive technology that enables exceptional service delivery. You’ll drive digital transformation initiatives, optimise system performance, and strengthen organisational resilience through robust architecture, vendor management, and best-practice security controls. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll collaborate closely with leaders across Operations, People & Culture, Finance, and Engagement, while providing technical leadership to IT team members. You’ll also manage key platforms including Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Humanforce, and other cloud-based applications essential to TheirCare’ s operations. This is a full-time role based at our Glen Iris HQ, with hybrid working options available. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications including Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Intune. Oversee day-to-day IT operations to ensure system reliability, security, performance, and business continuity. Manage cybersecurity governance, identity and access controls, incident response, and compliance with Essential Eight and privacy requirements. Oversee the application ecosystem (Humanforce, FullyBooked, TERRIE, Freshdesk) and partner with teams to optimise workflows and integrations. Lead IT projects, vendor relationships, digital transformation initiatives, and provide guidance and development to IT team members. About You Experienced IT professional with strong capability in systems administration, cloud architecture, and IT operations leadership. Skilled in Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SSO configuration, and device management (Intune). Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and best-practice controls. Confident communicator who can partner with stakeholders, manage vendors, and deliver effective technical solutions. Highly organised, proactive, and capable of balancing operational demands, strategic initiatives, and team leadership. Why work for us?
