Job Description Digital Project Director at Turner & Townsend is responsible for leading large-scale, complex digital transformation programs for clients. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery management, ensuring projects meet client objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through digital strategy, technology implementation, and organizational change. A key part of this role will see you responsible for developing partnerships, driving revenue growth and supporting service expansion. Building strong client relationships through delivery excellence, while also maintaining a strong focus on generating new delivery opportunities and expanding our market presence will be critical to success. You will join our National Advisory Team as part of the Digital Services Stream. In this role, you will support the management of the team, including resource allocation and performance oversight. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing our national digital service line and contributing to the development of our go-to-market strategy. Service Delivery Oversee the successful delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and quality standards. Serve as a senior point of contact for C-suite stakeholders, delivering executive-level reporting on program progress, KPIs, ROI and help mitigate against risk. Shape strategic digital transformation roadmaps including investment strategies and product selections. Shape key project delivery governance and lead cross-functional teams, including consultants, technical specialists, and third-party vendors. Advise on operating model changes and digital capability building. Guide the adoption of new digital technologies within organisation. Business Development & Revenue Growth Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in digital consulting across target industries. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, partnerships, and thought leadership. Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. Drive long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and cross-selling opportunities. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility. Support the development of new services and product innovations for market release. Team Management & Operations Manage program budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets. Undertake regular client cares to ensure service excellence and mitigate any risks that may be escalated. Mentor and lead other team members to ensure consistent delivery standards. Facilitate performance reviews and drive delivery standards throughout team Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
