In the role you will Provide a local customer owned banking experience to new and existing customers Proactively connect customer needs to Beyond Bank’s offerings through excellent listening skills Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to our customers Contribute to a high achieving team environment with your commitment to success and strong work ethic Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the customer Support customers with unsecured lending solutions, such as personal loans and credit cards, by clearly explaining the associated terms, conditions, and repayment options. Guide customers through secured lending products, including home and car loans, ensuring they fully understand the product features, benefits, fees, charges, and the overall value these offerings provide.
