The Opportunity We’re looking for an energetic, driven and customer focused Loan Specialist to join our Sales (Broker) team. You’ll be responsible for managing loan applications end to end, partnering closely with brokers, BDAs, BDMs, Credit, and Underwriting to deliver a seamless lending experience. This is a hands on, fast paced role where you’ll play a key part in converting applications, strengthening broker relationships, and contributing directly to growth. What You’ll Be Doing Manage loan applications from submission through to settlement, ensuring accuracy and momentum Prepare and send loan documents, complete data entry, and follow up outstanding info Work closely with Underwriting and Credit to progress deals efficiently Maintain strong relationships with brokers, providing exceptional service and timely updates Complete welcome calls, follow up calls, and lost deal conversations Update Salesforce CRM and loan tracking sheets daily with accurate information Identify opportunities for top up loans and re-engagement Provide regular pipeline and activity reporting Proactively source new scenarios and broker opportunities during low volume periods Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs Contribute to a positive, motivated, team oriented culture What You Need to Succeed Experience in broker channels, lending, or financial services (highly desirable) A customer first attitude with strong communication and relationship building skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts Comfort working in a KPI driven environment A proactive, resilient, and energetic approach to work Passion for small business and helping customers succeed Ability to confidently handle objections and guide customers through the lending process Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Why Choose OnDeck?
