Their teams work across metropolitan and regional locations, bringing together engineering expertise, innovation and a strong commitment to safety and community outcomes. With multiple major works underway, they are seeking an experienced safety leader to support one of Victoria’s most significant rail upgrade programs. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Rail Safety Manager to oversee all aspects of project safety across several rail construction sites. This role plays a major part in maintaining safe operations, meeting regulatory requirements, and driving a strong safety culture across a fast-paced multi-site program. The position is primarily based in the Melbourne office, with regular travel required to project sites between Broadford and Benalla. You will lead safety teams, support operational decision-making, and ensure project works are delivered safely and efficiently.
