The Opportunity As a Centre Start-Up Area Manager, you'll oversee multiple upcoming centres in Melbourne, leading a team of Centre Managers to ensure a smooth start-up process. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating Setup: You will be responsible for overseeing the setup of furnishings and resources at each new centre. This involves ensuring that all necessary equipment, materials, and facilities are in place to provide a conducive learning environment for children. Managing Compliance: With your expertise, you'll navigate the complexities of pre-service approval tasks and licensing documentation. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements is paramount to the legal and operational integrity of each centre. Recruitment and Training: You will play a key role in the recruitment and training of staff members for the new centres. This involves identifying talented individuals, conducting interviews, and providing comprehensive training to ensure that each team member is equipped to deliver exceptional childcare services. Occupancy Growth and Family Satisfaction: Driving occupancy growth is essential for the success of each centre. You will implement strategies to attract new families and build, all while ensuring that families are satisfied with the care and services provided. Setting up for Success: Within the crucial first three months of operation, you will be instrumental in establishing each new centre for success. This includes overseeing all aspects of operations, addressing any challenges that may arise, and implementing strategies to promote growth and success. About you Experienced Area Manager/Multi-Site Centre Manager proficient in starting up & managing multiple childcare services Willingness to travel between centres and our Head Office in South Yarra Holds relevant early childhood qualification Track record of delivering exceptional results in improving center operational targets Effective time management, people management, and interpersonal skills Up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements within the National Quality Framework Strong self-management skills, adept at prioritising tasks Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Why Aspire?
