Impact you will have in this role As Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will play a vital role in leading the development and management of strategic corporate partnerships that align with OCA’s mission and values. You’ll nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that enhance OCA’s visibility, credibility and sustainability, ensuring that every partnership delivers meaningful impact. Reporting to the Chief, Philanthropy & Engagement, you will manage the Growth and Partnerships Lead and oversee the delivery of integrated campaigns and initiatives that drive revenue and awareness. You’ll work closely with corporate clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure partners are inspired, supported, and proud to stand alongside OCA. Key Responsibilities Partnership Strategy and Development Lead the design and delivery of partnership strategies that drive revenue and impact. Manage and support a high-performing Growth and Partnerships Lead team member. Develop compelling proposals and value propositions that align partner objectives with OCA’s mission. Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across all touchpoints (P2P, ATL, BTL, social). Liaise with corporate clients, agencies, and suppliers to ensure quality and alignment. Balance multiple partner priorities and provide insights and reporting on performance. Manage merchandise needs and explore opportunities to grow merchandise revenue. Maintain accurate records in SharePoint and Salesforce and support reporting for budgets and Board requirements. Partner and Supporter Relationship Management Build and steward trusted relationships with partners, ensuring exceptional service and engagement, and ensure timely renewals, invoicing, and communications. Drive continuous improvement in partnership delivery and supporter experience. Support OCA’s fundraising strategy and revenue targets in collaboration with the Growth and Partnerships Lead. Leverage Partner and Community Assets Understand partner marketing plans to identify alignment and joint opportunities. Collaborate to leverage partner media, social, and ambassador assets for increased visibility. Develop co-branded merchandise and packaging opportunities to raise funds and awareness. Engage partner employees and stakeholders to deepen their connection to OCA’s mission. Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience developing and implementing partnership strategies that achieve sustainable revenue growth. Proven success acquiring and managing high-value, multi-year corporate partnerships. Experience leading and motivating high-performing partnerships or fundraising teams. Strong track record delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels. Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship building. Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills. Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Collaborative, solutions-focused and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Deep alignment with OCA’s mission and values, and an empathetic understanding of the cause.
