We’re currently seeking a hands-on and reliable Trade Assistant/Formworker to join our client’s busy concrete precast yard . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position for the right worker. About the Role You’ll be assisting trades and production teams in the daily operations of a precast concrete yard. Duties include: Assisting with concrete pours, formwork, and general yard duties Supporting trades with steel fixing , formwork , and concreting tasks Using hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment Working efficiently in a fast-paced, team-based environment What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a precast, concreting, or construction environment (highly regarded) Background in concreting, steel fixing, or trade assistant work is an advantage Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks Own reliable transport – site not accessible by public transport Commitment to safety and ability to follow instructions and procedures Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia (no visa restrictions) Available to work Monday to Friday, starting at 6am What’s on Offer Ongoing, full-time hours with the chance to go permanent for the right person Supportive team and safe working environment Opportunity to develop your skills within the precast and construction industry If you’re hardworking, reliable, and looking to build a long-term career in the concrete industry – apply now!
