Trident Services Australia, a leader in facilities management, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee and manage the cleaning at Brisbane Airport terminals and outlying Commercial Buildings. The role is based on-site at the Airport on a Full-Time basis. This challenging, but exciting role, will provide you the opportunity to showcase your leadership and management skills, overseeing the day-to-day operations across various locations at Brisbane Airport. About the Role: As the Cleaning Operations Manager at Brisbane Airport, you will be responsible for the efficient and high-quality delivery of cleaning services to key airport terminals, offices, and public areas. You'll manage a team of cleaning staff and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for: Overseeing the daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness Manage and lead the performance of a small supervisory team and a team of cleaning team members, providing training, support and motivation to achieve operational goals Continue to review cleaning schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental policies and BAC requirements on Inventory and ordering of supplies Demonstrate leadership skills and integrity to work as a part of a site-based management team Delivery of excellent customer service Delivery of high-quality communications with airport management and other stakeholders Prepare reports on cleaning performance, quality control and staff performance Act in accordance with all the company's policies and procedures The Benefits: Competitive remuneration package on offer-$100K plus Super Ongoing learning and development opportunities Based at the Brisbane Airport Parking provided Stable employment and career progression Minimum Criteria: Experience in cleaning operations management, preferably in a high-traffic, commercial or a similar aviation role Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate and develop a team Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication and management In-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals and equipment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional presentation and customer service Self-motivated and resourceful, with proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight demands Must be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays Demonstrated experience in managing workplace health & safety matters Australian Citizen or hold valid Right to Work Able to obtain an ASIC (Airport Security Identification Card) Trident is an equal opportunity employer and actively encourages candidates who are Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islanders to apply.
