This role includes: Bar service, floor service and customer engagement Gaming room support (Keno, TAB, GFR Pro) Cash handling Maintaining venue presentation and service standards Upholding gaming compliance and RSA requirements Working across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays If you love delivering warm, attentive customer service and enjoy the buzz of a busy hotel, you’ll thrive here. About You To succeed in this role, you will have: Essential Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Strong customer service skills Ability to work autonomously and within a team Reliable, trustworthy and positive attitude Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced venue Preferred Basic Gaming Certificate Experience in a gaming room environment Bartending skills Keno, TAB or GFR Pro experience Strong cash-handling skills Well-organised and able to work under pressure Quick learner with initiative and enthusiasm We’re looking for motivated people who enjoy hospitality, take pride in their work, and want to be part of a multi-skilled, supportive team.
