Your New Role: You will be entrusted with managing customer projects end-to-end, bringing enthusiasm, confidence, and a proactive approach to every task. Project Ownership & Client Service Overseeing customer projects from initial enquiry through to completion Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts , builders, contractors, and trade clients Providing energetic, solutions-focused support across project lighting needs Sales, Coordination & Autonomy Preparing, presenting, and following up on project quotes Owning your project pipeline and driving outcomes independently Liaising with warehouse, logistics, and external sales teams to keep projects running smoothly Internal Sales & Customer Engagement Managing counter sales, phone enquiries, and order processing Maintaining accurate project documentation and data Supporting the wider branch with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude What You’ll Need to Succeed: Previous experience in a customer service, sales or a project-based support role – trade or electrical wholesale experience highly regarded, but not essential. A professional and reliable approach with excellent communication and multitasking skills. Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and own tasks from start to finish A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Current driver’s licence and basic computer literacy. You have full Australian working rights with no restrictions – Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident as sponsorship is not offered for this position.
