PROJECT MANAGERS - HVAC & MECHANICAL SERVICES Multiple Roles | Tier 1 & Tier 2 Contractors | Commercial Projects I'm currently partnering with several of the leading HVAC and mechanical services contractors in the industry, and due to continued growth across commercial, government, defence, health and education projects, we are seeking experienced Project Managers for multiple roles. These businesses are well-established, highly respected, and known for delivering complex mechanical services packages on major builds. With strong pipelines of work and long-term client relationships, they offer excellent stability, internal support and genuine career development. The Opportunities Project Manager roles are available across a variety of project types, including: Large commercial developments Hospitals and health facilities Education (schools, universities, TAFEs) Government & defence projects Depending on the business, you may be managing installation projects, design & construct packages, refurbishments, or full mechanical services works. What We're Looking For Proven Project Manager experience within HVAC or mechanical services Strong understanding of mechanical systems (ductwork, pipework, chillers, boilers, hydronics, VRV/VRF, central plant) Ability to manage subcontractors, internal teams, budgets and schedules Confident working with clients, builders, consultants and internal stakeholders In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
