We have a new opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to support the management of a corporate mixed-use precinct in Melbourne. About the role As the Assistant Property Manager, you will be working directly with an experienced Asset Manager to maximise the performance of the asset and day-to-day property management of a large office precinct with corporate tenants, and community-focused amenities. This is a hybrid role, working on-site and in their CBD office. Key responsibilities include: Support the Asset Manager with the delivery of asset plans and strategies Provide a high level of service to tenants Minimise arrears and maximise property income Support in the management of lease reviews and renewals Support in preparing financial reports, including budgets and forecasting Accurately record and manage tenant property-related documents and data Be the key liaison between Asset and Facilities Management teams to ensure the assets is presented meticulously About you This is an exceptional opportunity for an agency Commercial Property Manager, or Assistant Property Manager, who is looking for a career working with an owner/developer. To ensure your success, our client requires: Commercial property experience is essential, either with management or admin experience Certificate IV in Real Estate / Agents Representative Certificate (VIC) is essential Formal property qualification, ideally in property (or related field) will be highly regarded Highly developed communication skills and professional presentation What's in it for you?
