The service is governed by an engaged parent committee and supported by experienced board members who are deeply committed to best practice, compliance, and ongoing investment in their people. About the Role As Centre Director, you will lead the service’s operational and educational success while nurturing a positive culture for children, families, and educators. Working closely with the parent committee, you will provide confident leadership, maintain Exceeding standards, and strengthen community connections. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance Inspire, mentor, and develop educators Maintain Exceeding NQS practice Oversee enrolments, staff resourcing, and budgets Build strong relationships with families and community Drive continuous improvement initiatives About You You are an experienced early childhood leader who is passionate about people and quality practice.
