About the opportunity This is a part-time, fully remote role focused on client retention, lead activation, and lead generation through structured follow-up and engagement strategies. In this role, you will: Reactivate dormant clients and book exploratory appointments Conduct structured follow-ups with current and past clients Research and identify new lead opportunities in target industries Log communications and track outcomes using CRM tools Support recruitment consultants by generating qualified appointments To achieve this, you will be expected to make outbound calls, send follow-up emails, and use CRM tools to document and manage client interactions. You’ll contribute to client retention metrics and help uncover opportunities to re-engage clients. Over time, you will refine contact strategies and build efficiencies into your workflow. This is a static role designed to support business development efforts through consistent execution of client contact activities. About you You have worked in a white-collar recruitment agency and understand the rhythm of business development and client engagement. You are comfortable working independently from home and can consistently follow up with leads via phone and email. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Experience in outbound business development within a recruitment agency Confidence making outbound calls and re-engaging dormant clients The ability to work remotely and manage time effectively You must have full Australian working rights.
