Recruitment Consultant - Disability, Aged Care and Community Services We are partnering with a growing charitable not for profit workforce provider that supplies staff to disability, aged care and community organisations across NSW. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their internal team and help build high quality talent pipelines for their frontline services. The role Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will be responsible for end to end recruitment across a mix of roles including support workers, nurses, coordinators and back office specialists. Key responsibilities include Managing end to end recruitment for casual, temp and perm roles Taking detailed job briefs from hiring managers and service delivery leads Writing and posting job ads, and proactively sourcing via LinkedIn, Seek and talent pools Screening resumes, phone interviewing and shortlisting candidates Coordinating interviews, reference checks and compliance documentation Maintaining candidate pipelines and talent pools for high demand roles Ensuring all recruitment activity meets NDIS, aged care and internal compliance standards Providing a positive candidate experience and timely communication at every stage About the organisation Our client is a mission driven, charitable not for profit workforce provider that focuses on disability, aged care and community services.
