YOU! You are a tenacious, clever, and passionate mobile developer who is practical, flexible, and humble Self-motivated and strategic, you are a great communicator and problem solver You have strong experience with React Native working with highly configurable UX You possess a broad background across a variety of native and non-native technologies including Kotlin and Swift and can deliver to both Android and iOS You have technical know-how and are confident working with complex code down the stack where necessary You will have a keen eye for design and flair for assembling simple, elegant, and intuitive UX Some exposure to C# and .net is a major plus! RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop new features and maintain existing mobile apps across iOS and Android Write clean, reusable, and scalable TypeScript code using best practices Implement ad refine UI components Integrate with APIs and other internal backend services Ensure app performance, reliability, security, and responsiveness Implement unit tests and evolve the apps to be more testable for automated integration and end-to-end tests Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure high-quality releases Participate in code reviews to ensure maintainability and adherence to standards Work closely with product management, UX and backend engineers, and QA Contribute to planning, technical scoping, and architectural discussions Assist in identifying process improvements, tooling upgrades, and automation opportunities Build, test, and deploy mobile app updates using CI/CD pipelines Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks Monitor analytics, logging, and user feedback to guide improvements COMPANY: Join a global organisation who are rapidly expanding and who truly believe in collaboration and making a real difference in the world With brand new offices for their planned and considered growth, this crew are technically savvy, friendly, and inclusive and their leadership team supportive and caring You will be offered the opportunity to work autonomously, collaborate with the team and have the ability to work from home a couple of days a week Ready to Apply?
