Job Title: eCommerce Specialist We are seeking a talented eCommerce Specialist for a 12-month maternity leave contract. This role supports the ongoing growth of the digital channel and helps deliver an exceptional online customer experience. Responsibilities Support online merchandising and deliver a best-in-class customer journey. Develop and monitor CRO experiments, analyse results, and present insights. Deliver digital projects including UX improvements, platform updates, and new website features. Manage external development teams to brief, test, and deploy updates. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams on campaigns and launches. Maintain and improve website content and page builds. Use personalisation tools and CDPs to optimise customer journeys. Report and follow up on website bugs or issues. Analyse site performance using Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities. Support major development projects and manage internal support tickets. Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in an eCommerce role. Experience with A/B testing and personalisation tools. Knowledge of Shopify Plus and CMS platforms such as Prismic. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Basecamp). Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Confident team player with the ability to multitask and influence stakeholders. Experience with CDP or CRM systems is highly regarded. Understanding of agile project management. Ability to provide a clean, current Police Check.
