Continued growth has created an opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their NSW team. About the Role This role suits a salesperson who understands cabling, electrical components, or hardware distribution and who enjoys building long-term customer relationships. You’ll be engaging with electrical contractors, wholesalers, IT resellers, and integrators, promoting a broad range of connectivity solutions. You’ll have the autonomy to manage and grow your pipeline across NSW, supported by internal sales, marketing, and operations. There is also scope to influence sales strategy, work with market trends, and help shape customer-focused initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Build and grow relationships with trade, IT, and reseller customers. • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities. • Manage quoting, proposals, presentations, and closing of sales. • Recommend products and solutions aligned to customer needs. • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM updates. • Collaborate with internal teams to support service, delivery, and customer outcomes. About You • Experience in B2B sales within electrical, data, cabling, or hardware products is ideal. • Understanding of cabling or related connectivity products is highly regarded. • Strong relationship builder with commercial awareness. • Comfortable with both new business and account management. • Self-motivated, proactive, and strong in planning and prioritisation. • Confident communicating with trade and technical clients.
