We’ve partnered with a global leader in hydraulic and industrial hose solutions, to recruit experienced a Business Development Managers for the Sydney region.This roles are newly created to support growth and target new business opportunities in key regions. The Role This is a new business development manager role focused on identifying and winning new accounts across your region. You'll be responsible for prospecting target clients, pitching tailored solutions, and working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver technical product support. Key Responsibilities Generate new business across target industries (Agri, construction, civil, industrial, etc) Identify, qualify and convert leads into long-term clients Conduct site visits, build relationships with key decision-makers, offering practical advise and solutions. Promote technical products and solutions tailored to client needs Prepare quotes and proposals with support from the internal team Maintain records in CRM and report on activity and pipeline Represent the company at trade events and networking opportunities Applicant Requirements Proven experience in external sales / BDM roles in a relevant industry : hydraulics hoses, industrial hoses and connectors, couplings, valves, and the like.
