We are looking for both a Duck Creek Policy Tech Lead & a Duck Creek Claims Tech Lead with deep experience in general insurance and a strong track record of leading Duck Creek Policy & Claims implementations. In this role, you’ll oversee a small team, and P&C product design & implementation using Duck Creek. As both a Duck Creek Policy & Claims Tech Lead, your duties will include, but are not limited to: Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Duck Creek Policy & Claims implementations and enhancements. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand policy and claims related requirements. Design and develop product models, rating algorithms, and business rules using Duck Creek Author and Manuscript. Oversee configuration, integration, and deployment activities across environments. Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to architectural standards. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team. Coordinate with QA teams to validate Claims functionality and support UAT. Stay updated on Duck Creek platform enhancements and recommend improvements.
