What You’ll Do As the Lead Qualification Specialist , you’ll be the voice that begins the client relationship. Your role is to uncover needs, build rapport quickly, and convert outbound leads into warm opportunities for the lending team. You will: Proactively contact inbound and outbound leads from website enquiries, conference lists and marketing campaigns Have meaningful conversations to understand career stage, practice environment and finance needs (equipment, practice loans, property, home loans) Clearly articulate financial solutions in a simple, confident and engaging way Apply a structured qualification process and hand over high-quality leads to the sales team Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and qualified-lead KPIs Keep CRM notes accurate and up-to-date Share insights to improve lead flow, conversion and customer experience This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, thrives on targets, and wants to join a purpose-driven organisation with momentum. What You Bring Experience in outbound calling, inside sales, call centre or telemarketing (1 year ideal) Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly Natural resilience An interest in finance, lending or supporting professional clients Strong organisational skills and good CRM discipline Energy, positivity and a willingness to learn Experience in finance, banking, insurance or medical sectors is beneficial, but not essential.
