We are now recruiting motivated Trainees who are interested in the fabrication/metal industry and want to build a long-term career. For suitable candidates, this role provides a pathway into a Fabrication / Boilermaking Apprenticeship, supported by available government funding for trainees and apprentices. About the Role As a Trainee, you will be trained and supported by experienced tradespeople while contributing to the day-to-day operations of our Malaga workshop. You will learn to: Assist with fabrication, welding and metal assembly Operate workshop equipment safely (rollers, presses, guillotines, etc.) Read and understand basic technical drawings Perform quality checks on work in progress Support qualified Boilermakers and Fabricators on real projects Successful trainees may transition into a fully funded Apprenticeship, gaining formal trade qualifications and long-term career opportunities.
