Role: Senior Project Manager - HR Data Program Daily Rate: $1000 - $1100 Super Contract Length: 12-months Location: Macquarie Park/WFH Hybrid - 3 days in office. Join a major HR Data Program driving improved visibility, accuracy, and integration of workforce data across the organisation. This role will lead complex, multi-stream delivery centred on Workday, bringing together systems such as Ascender and Adaptive Planning to uplift reporting, planning, and decision-making capability. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of data-heavy HR projects, ensuring integration across Workday, Ascender, Adaptive Planning and related platforms. Oversee workforce planning, position management, budgeting, and reporting uplifts. Coordinate multiple program streams, aligning scope, milestones, and dependencies. Engage senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, BIR, and Health; facilitate workshops, working groups, and steering committees. Drive change readiness, training, and transition to BAU with clear support models and documentation. Manage project risks, issues, vendor dependencies, and ensure compliance with governance structures and regulatory requirements. Key Skills & Experience Strong background in HR data analytics, reporting tools (Power BI, Calumo, Snowflake), and data governance. Proven experience delivering HR, data, or systems-driven projects in complex environments. Deep understanding of workforce planning and financial forecasting (e.g., Adaptive Planning). Exceptional stakeholder and executive engagement capability. Experience leading change, operational transition, and benefit tracking.
