What you'll be doing: Scheduling and managing a large team of commercial HVAC technicians Coordinating service calls, parts, compliance checks, and job close-outs Communicating clearly with clients and internal teams to keep operations seamless Prioritising, problem-solving, and keeping workflows smooth in a fast-paced environment What you'll bring: 3-5 years' experience managing a large team of technicians Commercial HVAC experience is essential Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication and proficiency with scheduling systems or CRMs Why apply?
