BE part of the solution We are looking for a Procurement Specialist who can develop purchasing strategies, develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to meet supply needs. This is like no other role, this person will ensure that procurement is cost-effective and aligned with our company quality standards, reviews and processes purchase orders, and can expedites orders to meet project and operational timelines. Additionally, you will be able to negotiate and have great conflict resolution skills by having the ability to resolve vendor disputes and ensures the quality of goods and services delivered on time. BE part of the change To be part of the change this role will: Evaluate vendors by comparing products, prices, and services. Obtain quotes and negotiate purchase orders with suppliers to secure the best terms and costs. Maintain and update supplier information, including qualifications, delivery times, and product ranges. Track and report key procurement metrics to reduce expenses and improve efficiency. Perform cost and scenario analysis, including benchmarking. Assess, manage, and mitigate procurement risks. Identify and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers. Expedite orders to ensure timely delivery for projects and operations. Maintain accurate purchase and pricing records. Research and identify prospective suppliers to support business needs. Implement and enforce company procurement policies and procedures. Review the quality of purchased products and resolve any discrepancies.
