Introduction This is a 12 months Contract We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Coordinator to support our client Samsung and their national field and learning teams. If you enjoy keeping operations running smoothly and playing a key role in enabling teams to succeed, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities You will manage all administrative tasks for the IM team. This includes keeping communication clear, managing expenses within budget, and proactively suggesting improvements to how we work. You will also: Coordinate the communications calendar and prepare/update messages for the field team and key stakeholders. Manage onboarding and offboarding tasks, including email setup, business cards, and tools of trade. Process and track expenses and invoices , including weekly claims, follow-ups, and ensuring accuracy. Oversee merchandise, devices, and online tools used by field and learning teams. Support delivery of national events and programs , such as conferences, incentives, and lead-generation activities. Create and maintain content on the Retail Enhancement Platform (R.E.P) to support team communication and engagement. Turn insights and data into practical actions and plans that improve operations. About You Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, retail operations, or a business support role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word . Experience with invoice and expense processing . Excellent time management , organisation and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. A Diploma in Business Administration or Retail is an advantage.
