Description Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards. Manage inventory control, stock levels, and stock rotation processes. Implement and maintain health and safety protocols within the warehouse environment. Coordinate and supervise a team of warehouse staff, including rostering and training. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and dispatch. Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline processes and optimise workflows. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Identify and address areas for improvement within warehouse procedures and operations. Profile A successful Warehouse Manager should have: Proven experience in warehouse management within the transport & distribution industry with cold chain. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Sound knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics processes.
