Your new role- Warehouse Manager We seek a committed, dynamic, and seasoned Warehouse Manager to join our team on a full-time basis at our Brisbane office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and formulate the branch customer retention and development program Formation and delivery of overall Australia budget monthly Minimisation of revenue leakage and conversely maximisation of margin per file Business Development (BD) support for area sales and corporate BD representatives Implementation of new business and process improvement changes in conjunction with the Leadership team and as assigned by the GM Management of import and export business units to deliver sound customer service and revenue collection Procedures audit and monitoring Customer communications on industry or company updates in line with corporate strategy Oversee procedures of receiving, distribution, customer orders and arranging storage of all inventory items Oversee procedures of packaging, handling and transportation of inventory Assure employees are maintaining accurate supply data records Assist with accurate yearly stocktakes Ensure all inwards and outwards freight services are being performed and maintaining appropriate receipt/dispatch records Responsible for overall warehouse tidiness, upkeep, inventory organisation and OH&S standards What you will need to succeed Relevant Diploma or First Degree CargoWise experience 10 years International Logistics experience Subcontractor and agent relationship experience Complete understanding of company values English spoken and written – CEFR Level 5 IT – Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook Must be able to gain and maintain a Criminal History clearance Highly developed Delegation and Empowerment capabilities Proven decision-making capabilities Ability to represent the Company at all levels and to build strong client and customer relationships Creativity and Innovation Commitment and Passion Exceptional oral and written communication skills WMS Experience Please Note: People Group Recruitment is only accepting applications from candidates CURRENTLY RESIDING IN AUSTRALIA who have the relevant LOCAL skills and experience required for this role.
