In this hands-on role, you will operate raisebore rigs safely, efficiently, and with precision, while maintaining and troubleshooting equipment to keep operations running smoothly. You will also assist with site setup, rig moves, and other operational tasks, playing a key part in achieving production targets and supporting a high-performing, safety-focused team. Key Details Rosters: 14:14 FIFO from Major Cities Accommodation and meals provided Full-time, permanent positions Key Responsibilities Operate raisebore rigs, ensuring safe, precise, and efficient drilling operations. Assist with site setup, rig moves, and other operational support tasks to maintain smooth workflow. Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of drilling equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Achieve daily and project production targets while maintaining high safety and operational standards. Support team members and contribute to a safe, organised, and productive work environment. Requirements / Qualifications Experienced in operating raisebore drills. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency Ability to meet pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening Police clearance (within 6 months) First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Working at heights Manual Driver’s Licence (required for underground roles) Why Join HMR?
