About the Role We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company in Geebung. You'll be expected to operate extrusion and packing lines producing high-quality plastic pipe products, ensuring consistent output and adherence to safety and quality standards. You’ll gain hands-on experience across all production lines, supported by comprehensive training and a collaborative team environment. Roster: 2 Weeks of Days (7am–3pm), 2 Weeks of Afternoons (3pm–11pm) & 2 Weeks of Nights (11pm–7am) Rate: $36.00/hr Loading: 15% for Afternoon & Night Shifts Overtime: Available as needed Key Responsibilities Operate extrusion and packing lines safely and efficiently Conduct machine start-ups, quality inspections & tooling changes Perform QA checks (temperature, diameter, finish) and record results Pack, strap & label finished goods per specification Operate forklifts & side-loaders for material movement Maintain clean, safe work areas & report any faults promptly What You’ll Bring Mandatory: Current Forklift Licence Previous experience in machine or extrusion line operation Mechanically minded with basic troubleshooting ability Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg Strong communication, teamwork & reliability Salary & Benefits $36.00/hr 15% shift loading (afternoon/night) Full-time hours with weekend overtime available Temp-to-Perm transition after 6 months Full training provided (extrusion setup, QA, forklift ops) PPE supplied & maintained on-site Supportive, safety-focused manufacturing team Apply Now Ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career?
