We have a position available for a passionate and experienced Gymnastics coach to join our successful team at Sydney Gymnastics & Aquatic Centre (SGAC) at West HQ. What does a KinderGym Team Leader do? You will be required to teach, coach and deliver the KinderGym program in a positive, educational, safe and fun environment. You will communicate to children, parents and coaches on the progress of participants, maintain a high level of customer service and perform ad hoc duties for the program. Who's right for the job? The ideal person will enjoy working in a team environment and have a genuine interest in educating kids about the benefits of this fun and energetic sport. You will plan and deliver challenging and developmentally gymnastics programs for children. What you will need to be considered? 1-2 years’ experience within Gymnastics either in coaching or judging Operational driven and customer service focused Passion for teaching kids a life-long skill Effective planning and time management Knowledge in Microsoft Office and customer database systems Able to work flexible hours, which may include weekends What we can offer you! Hours - Coaching hours may include daytime, evening and/or weekend work. There is also potential for additional hours assisting with Holiday programs and weekly school programs.
