Job Description LOCATION: SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA STARTING: 01/03/2026 CONTRACT DURATION: 12 MONTHS This support aims to deploy expert assistance in the Customer’s main base in Sydney, Australia to improve its A330/A380 fleet Operational Reliability (OR) by providing proactive, data-driven technical support and advisory in engineering and maintenance focused on: - Defect Management: Troubleshooting, technical recommendations, decision support, and coordination with engineering and material management - Fleet Reliability: Providing MSN-specific (Manufacturer Serial Number) and predictive maintenance advice. - Backlog clearance: Clean fleet backlog. The final objective is to improve Customer's fleet reliability and reduce operational interruption. Key role and Responsibilities: - A/C Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge of A330 and/or A380 systems and operational context; Expertise in Fleet Health Monitoring (FHM) principles. - Defect Management: Review and Prioritize Critical outstanding maintenance tasks, the usage of AIRMAN and SKYWISE -Provide hands-on Technical Advice to manage defect rectification. - Process Integration & Coordination: Ensure effective coordination with our Customer and final Customer’s engineering and material management to align defect resolution and parts availability. - Knowledge Transfer: Share best practices with QFA on defect anticipation and management; Apply knowledge of Airbus design and Engineering processes and practices in an operational setting. - Ensure that emerging fleet issues are communicated to the TSP Engineering Avionics/Systems/Powerplant team for long term engineering follow-up.
