This role is integral to ensuring the team can consistently deliver the high standards expected of this critical open data platform. As the Administrative Support Officer, you will coordinate a wide range of business operations, support financial and contractual processes, and assist with project management activities across the Division. You will be responsible for responding to and resolving complex enquiries, ensuring accurate information and timely issue resolution. About You You are an experienced administrative professional with strong organisational skills and well-developed financial support capabilities. You bring demonstrated expertise across budgeting, expenditure monitoring, purchase orders, accounts payable and receivable, asset capture, reporting and journal preparation. You operate confidently within government frameworks and apply policies, protocols and procedures with accuracy, sound judgement and attention to detail. You are proficient in key business systems, including Content Manager or similar records management platforms, as well as SAP HR and SAP Financials. You have a solid track record in providing high-quality administration and business support services, including financial tasks relating to budgets, expenditure, purchase orders, accounts payable and receivable, asset capture, journal preparation and report generation. You are also experienced in using computer-based systems such as Content Manager (CM10) or similar, MyWorkZone and SharePoint and you excel at managing competing priorities, supporting team operations and delivering reliable administrative coordination in a fast-paced environment.
