As the Brand & Promotions Lead for Triple M, you’ll be the mastermind behind bold, audience-first experiences that bring the brand to life. From on-air promotions and street activations to digital campaigns and local events, your days will be fast-paced, creative and purpose-driven – all with one goal: growing our audience and deepening listener love. You’ll work side by side with the Content team to dream up and deliver campaigns that reflect everything Triple M stands for – real, raw, irreverent and proudly Aussie. What You’ll Need Extensive experience and knowledge of radio/media promotions, marketing, branding, PR, digital media and/or social media strategy In depth knowledge of content, sales and promotions in the radio/media industry including an understanding of the business benefits of integration across all platforms High level Project Management skills Excellent people and resource management skills Ability to motivate and lead teams towards the delivery of creative solutions Ability to provide creative and practical solutions to meet Sales briefs and Content development needs Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal with staff and clients at all levels Ability to handle high volume of projects at high pace with ease Keen interest in news, popular culture and current affairs relevant to SCA’s audiences Let us sweeten the deal!
