We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to work across Collins Street, East Melbourne, Victoria House, Camberwell and Caulfield. This will be a 12 Month Fixed Term Full-time position with working shifts between the hours of 6:00am and 8:30pm About Us: I-MED Radiology Network's team of over 4,000 people are all connected by the vision -to help save lives and reduce uncertainty. Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling. Handle patient inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided. Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks. Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations. Our Ideal Candidate Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential) Customer service/Administration Experience Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and develop Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
