Based in our Mount Waverley office, you will be responsible for providing high quality, professional and efficient administration support for the I-TeleRAD services. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures ensuring that a patients first experience of I-MED is one they will positively remember. Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally. Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our business hours.
