About the Role As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in shaping, defining, and supporting delivery across major telco initiatives. Working closely with product, technology, networks, engineering, and operations teams, you'll lead detailed analysis, requirements definition, process mapping, and solution alignment across complex workstreams. You'll be the bridge between the business and delivery teams, ensuring clarity, structure, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and validation across multiple telco projects Facilitate workshops with business, product, engineering, and network stakeholders Translate business problems into clear, actionable user stories, process flows, and functional documentation Analyse complex telco processes across billing, OSS/BSS, CRM, networks, or customer experience Map current vs future-state processes, identifying impacts, gaps, risks, and dependencies Partner with Solution Architects and SMEs to ensure technical alignment Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure consistent communication Contribute to governance, reporting, and artefact quality assurance Support delivery teams in agile and hybrid project environments Key Selection Criteria Strong Senior Business Analyst experience within telecommunications Deep understanding of telco environments - OSS/BSS, CRM, billing, network, or service delivery Proven ability to translate complex processes into clear analysis artefacts Significant experience running workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with agile delivery (user stories, backlogs, acceptance criteria) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail Ability to operate in fast-paced, large enterprise transformation environments
