Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Officer to join our Head Office team at Sydney International Airport. As part of our dynamic Supply Chain team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating purchasing activities for aviation materials and equipment. This position is critical to ensuring cost-effectiveness, maintaining quality standards, and fostering strong supplier relationships. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to keep operations running smoothly and support the delivery of world-class aviation services. Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Procurement Operations Source parts and materials; provide accurate quotes. Raise purchase orders per procedures. Coordinate inbound logistics and manage RMA processes. Track back orders and shortages for base maintenance. Vendor & Commercial Support Maintain supplier records and assist vendor management. Support Commercial Team with procurement tasks. Manage external work orders for part sales. Operational Support Provide AOG support. Participate in NSW stocktakes. Ensure effective communication across departments and OEMs. Comply with corporate policies and perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Experience in aviation or general purchasing operations Diploma in Purchasing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Effective communication, negation and teamwork skills. Basic procurement systems knowledge.
