As a Branch Assistant, you’ll play an important role in keeping our branch running smoothly – supporting customers at the counter, managing warehouse operations, and ensuring timely deliveries. No two days are the same, and you’ll be part of a tight-knit team that’s passionate about what they do and enjoys coming to work each day. This is a full-time role based in Labrador, QLD , Monday to Friday, with no weekend work required. Your responsibilities: Provide friendly and efficient service to retail and trade customers. Assist with order processing, quotes, and stock management. Pick, pack, and dispatch orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Load and unload courier deliveries. Drive and deliver goods to customers as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised branch environment. Provide all-round support across showroom, warehouse, and sales areas. What you’ll need to succeed: Customer Focus: You’re approachable, reliable, and enjoy helping others. Common Sense & Initiative: You think on your feet and find solutions. Team Player: You thrive in a down-to-earth, collaborative team environment. Experience: Customer service and/or warehousing background preferred (industry experience not essential). Training: In-house training provided – we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Licences: Driver’s Licence required; Forklift Licence preferred but not essential (can be obtained later).
